Spanish Fried Fish Recipe Pakistani Food 



 Ingredients

1 fish slaughter 1 kg 2 salt to taste 3 garlic cloves 2 to 3 tbsp 4 fixed pepper half a teaspoon 5 mustard paste half a teaspoon 6 hard lemons 2 tbsp 7 flour as required 8 double bread crumbs half a cup 9 fresh parcels two to three stalks 10 As required


Preparation recipe

1 Wash and dry the fish carcasses and add mustard paste on it. 2 In a bowl, add four tablespoons of flour and double bread crumbs, add salt and ground black pepper. 3 Fish carcasses. Roll well and fry in cooking oil. 4. To make this sauce, heat four tablespoons of cooking oil lightly and add a teaspoon of lemon peel, crushed when it smells. Add garlic and fry lightly. 5 Now add 2 tablespoons of flour & fry. When the flour is fried, add two to three tablespoons of lemon juice and a little water and cook till it becomes slightly thick.
