Fish Biryani Recipe Pakistani Food 



 Ingredients

 Fish Half Kg 2 Rice Half Kg 3 Crushed Hot Spices 1 Tsp 4 Dried Coriander 1 Tsp 5 White Cumin 1 Tsp 6 Garlic Four Potatoes Large 7 Onions 1 Pow 8 Ghee 1 Pow 9 Salt Customized


Preparation recipe

Wash the fish and clean it well (it is better if it is a fish) Peel the garlic. Add all the hot spices and salt and grind it. 3. It will become lee. 4. Now it is good for both sides in the pieces of fish. Mix well and leave it for about four to five hours. 5. It will be better if it is kept for one day. 6. Grind ghee in a pot and fry for a long time. 7. When the spices turn red, sprinkle a little sapani and remove from the heat. Put the rice in another pan and bring to a boil. 9 When the rice is cooked in three parts, squeeze out the water and in the open mouth pot, like the second biryani, add layers of rice and fish spices in it. 11. Apply it on the tail with the mouth closed. 12. Take it off after 10-15 minutes. 13 Delicious biryani is ready.
