 Ingredients

1 fish 1 kg 2 basins 1 cup 3 hot spices (powder) 1 tablespoon 4 cumin (roasted) 1 teaspoon 5 turmeric 1 teaspoon 6 salt to taste 7 rice flour 2 tablespoons 8 lemon juice 5 cups 9 chopped red pepper 1 meal Spoon 10 celery half spoon 11 cooking oil three cups 12 water two cups


Preparation recipe

1 Wash the fish with fresh water and cut it into long thin pieces. Dip the fish pieces in lemon juice. Mix salt in it and leave it for 10 minutes. Then wash it well under the tap. One cup in rice flour. Mix water, turmeric, juice of three lemons. Now mix basin and rice flour with hot spices, red chilli, cumin, celery and turmeric. 2 Dip each piece of fish in rice water, top it. Mix basin mixture with chopped lemons. Repeat this process on all the pieces of fish and let them lie for half an hour. 3. Heat oil in a medium sized pot and deep fry the marinated fish on high heat till it becomes golden brown. Remove from the pot and add hot spices on top of it. Chit Patti Lahore fish is ready. Start with bread or rice.
