Texas (CM Links) Cheese, whether shader, evil or perm, protects the liver from cancer by keeping it strong. A compound in cheese, spermidine inhibits the growth of infected liver cells. It also prevents liver fibrosis, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), which is one of the most common causes of liver cancer. Liver cancer kills tens of millions of people every year, including in Pakistan. Experts at the University of Texas A&M fed the rats spermidine, surprisingly at 25 years of age.

Percentage increase noted. If, like mice, they could extend human life expectancy, humans could live up to 100 years. However, further research is needed to develop a supplement to spermedidine. Experts further revealed that regular consumption of mushrooms, soy, pulses, corn and whole grains (whole green) also prolongs life. Nutritionists insist that three items can prolong life, first calories in the body. Destroying, secondly, avoiding the amino acids methionine in meat and other proteins, and a drug like rapamycin has been shown to help prolong life.
