Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg 2 salt 1 teaspoon 3 garlic ginger paste 1 tablespoon 4 white cumin powder 1 teaspoon 5 granulated fenugreek 1/2 teaspoon 6 cloves 1 teaspoon 7 rye 1 teaspoon 8 coriander 1 tablespoon 9 fixed red pepper 6-8 tablespoons 10 vinegar 6 tablespoons 11 onions (large chopped) 1 tablespoon 12 yogurt 1 pow 13 oil or ghee 1 cup
Preparation recipe
1 Heat oil or ghee in a pan and add onion and make it light pink. 2 Now add chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add coriander, red chillies and fry for 2 more minutes. Add 4 cups of water and keep for cooking. After 5-6 minutes, chicken vandalo is ready. Start with hot chapatti.
