We all know that keeping a healthy lifestyle is not easy. For that, we have to do everything on time and in a proper way. Nowadays, most people are fully dependent on gadgets, which is very harmful to them. In the old days, people do their work themselves. They do not need any machine or gadget. Therefore, their bodies are physically fit and healthy. People generally don't think that their health is a very important aspect of their life.

But being too fit is also harmful, to get in shape people start doing too much harmful stuff, just to look good.
Being in shape is no harder job, but everything needs time. By doing regular exercise and eating healthily, we can become fit.

Exercising routinely helps to improve our muscular strength. Exercise contributes to a proper supply of oxygen and blood flow through the body. The heart and lungs function well. Our bones become stronger and the joints have freedom of movement pain.
Meditation and yoga have been a part of our life since olden times. They not only make us physically able, they also make us mentally stronger. Meditation enhances our levels of focus and our minds relax and think positively
People with physical activity can easily maintain a relaxed mindset. Healthy and fit people can easily face all the highs and lows of their lives and are less affected by diseases. Food is the substance we eat that gives us all the nutrients and helps us to grow the body properly and gives us energy.
After water, food is one of the most important things in our bodies that give us energy. Eating healthy food is very important, as unhealthy food causes us a lot of diseases. Unhealthy foods are easy to prepare and tasty as well, but there are no advantages to eating them. Our body needs all the nutrients [carbohydrate, fat, protein, vitamins, minerals, starch and water] daily.
A healthy diet also saves us from numerous illnesses and also helps us to heal from any injuries. Healthy eating affects both our physical health and our mental health. In ancient times, people used to eat healthy food. That's why their bodies are in good shape and healthy right now. But this new generation is eating junk food from the time they are born. New mommies have no time in this smart world for their children. Parents must always ensure that their kids eat healthily.
Health and hygiene
Hygiene means cleaning and sanitation of our body. We must always watch over our hygiene properly. Some methods for maintaining personal hygiene-
● Toileting and hygienic bathing.
● Cleaning of nails and mouth.
● Wash your hands properly.
Cleanliness is one of the most important things about being healthy. This makes it important to keep yourself and your environment clean and cared for. Sanitation/ hygiene means being ready for disease prevention. Therefore, being clean and hygienic is very important for good health.

An individual's well-being is much greater than the wealth he or she has. Health is wealth, people generally think that with money they can buy anything or do anything. But they are wrong. Yeah, money can buy us lots of stuff but it can't give us happiness which is very important for a healthy lifestyle. Everyone is trying to earn more and more, for that they are doing too much overtime, and trying to do so many difficult tasks.
Those who are working regularly for 8 to 9 hours are becoming ill and mentally weak. They just sit and do their work for hours and don't care about their health. They have no time to eat, which is harmful. And they also do not get any fresh air.
Doing hard work is good, but with it taking care of our health is also important. Sleeping for 9 hours is also very important. Therefore, always make sure that you are not doing too much work which can cause you illness and any disease.
Since now it is clear that health is a very luxurious thing which everyone wants, but not everyone can afford it.
